Grange Hall Rental Forms

The Fort Union Grange Hall is available for both one-time events and ongoing community use. Whether you’re hosting a meeting, workshop, class, or gathering, our historic Grange provides an affordable, welcoming space for the community.
As outlined in the Fort Union Grange use agreement, the hall typically includes access to
- the kitchen
- chairs
- tables
- basic serving items (plates and silverware)
Please note: Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the Grange building or anywhere on Grange property.
Long-Term Use
- Use of the hall at least once per month
- A minimum commitment of six (6) consecutive months
Reduced long-term rates may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on:
- Type of use
- User classification
- Duration of use
As a community organization, official Grange events take priority. Should a scheduling conflict arise, Fort Union Grange will provide the User with as much notice as possible, ideally 30 days.

Liability Insurance Requirements
All Users must provide proof of liability insurance for their event.
Minimum insurance limits:
- $1,000,000 liability coverage
- Property damage coverage included
Most homeowners’ insurance companies can issue a one-day ACORD Certificate of Liability Insurance for this amount.
Events that include alcohol are not permitted at the Fort Union Grange.
Internet Availability
The Fort Union Grange does not provide wireless internet.
Please plan accordingly if your event requires connectivity.
